If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you’re welcome to return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

All returns must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Please note: For custom-made items (including personalised hats), we cannot offer refunds or replacements if the name was entered incorrectly during checkout or if the wrong size was ordered. Each custom item is individually created by an airbrush artist who is commissioned for every piece, so we’re unable to remake these due to customer input errors.
